We're seeking an experienced, strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our marketing, sales, and guest experience efforts as we continue to grow one of the country's leading active travel companies for women.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening our brand, leading a small remote team, and helping shape the future of Adventures in Good Company. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Schedule: Full-time, exempt
- Location: Remote within the continental U.S.; Colorado candidates preferred
- Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, DOE, plus benefits
We're currently accepting applications for a part-time Field Operations Coordinator to support our guide team and field operations.
This is a field-facing, part-time role focused on guide support, trip readiness, and on-the-ground coordination. It's a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting both office and field operations.
- Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week, with flexibility between 15–25 hours depending on seasonal needs, trip schedules, and field support)
- Location: Colorado-based, with a preference for candidates within approximately 2 hours of Fort Collins
- Compensation: $23–26/hour for office work, DOE; daily guide rate when in the field
