We’re currently accepting applications for a part-time Program Operations Coordinator to support our Adventure Operations team.
This is a detail-oriented, part-time role focused on trip logistics, systems, and behind-the-scenes execution. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to moving parts.
- Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week, with flexibility between 15–25 hours depending on seasonal needs)
- Location: Colorado-based, with a preference for candidates within approximately 1.5 hours of Fort Collins
- Compensation: $20–24/hour, DOE

We’re currently accepting applications for a part-time Field Operations Coordinator to support our guide team and field operations.
This is a field-facing, part-time role focused on guide support, trip readiness, and on-the-ground coordination. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting both office and field operations.
- Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week, with flexibility between 15–25 hours depending on seasonal needs, trip schedules, and field support)
- Location: Colorado-based, with a preference for candidates within approximately 1.5 hours of Fort Collins
- Compensation: $23–26/hour for office work, DOE; daily guide rate when in the field
