  • Schedule: Full-time, exempt
  • Location: Remote within the continental U.S.; Colorado candidates preferred
  • Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, DOE, plus benefits

This unique hybrid role combines office operations with time in the field, making it a great fit for an experienced outdoor professional who enjoys both the logistics behind exceptional adventure travel and the opportunity to lead trips.

  • Schedule: Part-time averaging 20–25 hours per week in the office with seasonal fluctuations depending on program volume and guiding responsibilities
  • Location: Remote (Continental U.S.), with a preference for candidates located in Colorado
  • Compensation: $21–25/hour for office responsibilities, DOE; AGC guide rates apply when leading trips in the field
