Level 3 trips are moderately physical with an average of 4 to 6 hours of activity each day. To get the most enjoyment out of these trips, we recommend an exercise routine that includes some aerobic conditioning such as jogging, swimming, or cycling for 30-45 minutes at least 3 to 4 times a week. Cross-training and flexibility exercises are also recommended, depending on the specific trip.
