Level 4 trips average 5 to 8 hours of physical activity most days, and depending on the shape you are in, they typically require training ahead of the trip. The better shape you are in, the more fun you will have; therefore, we recommend aerobic conditioning for at least 40-60 minutes 4 to 5 times a week, as well as some additional endurance and strength training.
